Covid-19 protocol

As find ourselves in this new world of COVID-19 we are taking every precaution to create the safest space for you to come and enjoy the benefits of massage therapy.  Our protocol will change to adapt to new information on this virus but for right now we are following all the safest guidelines set by the CDC, Osha as well as recommendations from the American Massage Therapy association (amta).

Though we are taking every precaution there is still a risk in relation to the close contact of our work.

 

Here are the things that we are implementing when you come in for a session:

  • The therapist will take ask if you are experiencing any COVID related symptoms or have been exposed to COVID in the last 10 days.

  • We have outdoor seating while waiting for your session if you so wish.

  • We will have hand sanitizer available as you come in the door. .

  • Therapist and clients will wear a face mask during the session.

  • Time will be allotted to disinfect all surfaces of the treatment room, bathroom and entry way after every client.

  • The therapist will sanitize hands just before each session starts.

  • Each treatment room has a HEPA air purifier and when the weather is cool we have an exhaust fan that pulls fresh air through and out of the treatment rooms.

  • All people will be masked in the common areas at all times.

Revised Cancellation Policy:

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. If you need to reschedule due to not feeling well or know exposure to COVID, we understand and request for you to please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to reschedule.

To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations for being ill or known exposure to COVID.
