Service Description
This 120 minute session begins with a comprehensive intake and posture assessment to identify any movement patterns, areas of compensation, and root causes of your pain or tension. The hands-on work blends deep tissue, neuromuscular, and therapeutic techniques to address chronic holding, restore balance, and improve overall function. After the massage, Mariah will reassess posture and offer suggestions to continue healing the root causes of tension. This extended session allows time for focused, intentional work while supporting relaxation, nervous system regulation, and long-lasting relief.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Our therapists have reserved that time and will need to be compensated accordingly.
