Integrative Lymphatic Massage incorporates craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. It is helpful for those living with a chronic condition, systemic disease, insomnia, digestive issues, headaches or stress. The practitioner uses light stretching and pumping motions on the surface of the skin and gentle hands-on holding positions to support the motility of lymph, craniosacral fluid and internal organs.
